By accessing or using Poiiints ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service analyzes credit card transaction data to provide rewards optimization insights. We help you identify which cards earn the most points on your purchases.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Financial Data

We access transaction data via Plaid's Transactions API. We do not store bank credentials. Your login information is handled entirely by Plaid.

5. No Financial Advice

The Service provides informational insights only and does not constitute financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
