By accessing or using Poiiints ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service analyzes your card and bank transactions, or spending you enter yourself, to recommend credit cards and show what they would earn.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email secure, since that's how you sign in.
4. Financial Data
We access transaction data via Plaid's Transactions API. We do not store bank credentials. Your login information is handled entirely by Plaid.
5. No Financial Advice
The Service provides informational insights only and does not constitute financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
